Project Recovery Services

Senior Project/ Program Managers

Project Management Mentors
Pactus Project Management Mentors will coach and train your existing project management staff while they work. Through close interaction with our mentors, your staff will learn by doing. Our mentors will assess each of your existing PMs resulting in a gap analysis and action plan. Our mentors will then work closely with your staff to ensure progress is being made. By having experts close by, your staff will quickly be able to correct problems and keep projects on-time and within budget.

Project Management Outsourcing

There are two basic project management outsourcing options to consider. Each has its own advantages.

 

1.    Outsource the entire project office function

In this option, Pactus will install/develop, manage, and maintain the project office (an organizational center of excellence) at a program, organizational, or enterprise level. Pactus provides the project management methodology and trains internal project staff in its use. Pactus will also recommend and implement project management software and train staff in its use. A fully trained team of skilled project managers, planners, and control personnel are supplied by Pactus to plan, manage, and complete all projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.

 

2.    Use both internal and external resources to manage projects.

In this option, Pactus supplies a staff of professional project managers and project control personnel as needed. Our project team serves as a mentor to your internal staff. Using a blended resource approach ensures that experts are on-hand to manage the more complex, unique, or difficult-to staff projects. In addition, your internal staff has access to coaching and mentoring from Pactus consultants. You pay only for the outsourcing staff needed.

Pactus will conduct an objective, independent review of project activities that focuses on process and product quality, followed by high-impact, measurable recommendations.
